Oh, my children,

It is time for the third mudra in my trilogy.

I must admit to you... I have a problem. Sometimes I cannot stop myself from looking. This is a far worse problem than smell... I can tell you!

Imagine you are walking down the street deeeeeep in meditation, when all of a sudden you see a beautiful woman walking your way. She sees you and she looks at you like... uh, huh.

OOOOh what can I do? My body wants to burst out and greet her, I tell you it is true. Women love monastics that is also true and monastics... well they musn't - that is also true.

It is at this point that I quickly fulfill my mudra that I was taught.

It has been very useful for me in all situations, with many almost becoming embarrassing. Please, young men (and women... depending upon your proclivities) I ask that you too undertake the mudra and change your life's bad habits.

You will find it here on my favorite Youtube channel.

By the way, do you like the music I am now using? A little less groovy perhaps, but quite appropriate!

Your chaste Swami

i have a question, what if the beautiful woman smells like fresh apple pie and looks good enough to eat?big problem,i think more meditation is required and a combination of mudras to beat this temptation, otherwise a pot of double cream!

      Tracy, my daughter,
Do you by any chance smell of apple pie? I am wondering this because if this is so and you are edible then I think it is your parent's duty to lock you in your bedroom. Conversely, you are also welcome to join my very select inner circle.
If you are not the item of contention in this very interesting discussion then you might
      a) like to tell me who you are writing about and include email address... if possible
      b) visit a local club for gender bending individuals
      c) or, as you so wisely suggest yourself, meditate a little more each day. I am happy to provide appropriate mudras for same sex attraction/distraction plus double cream.

      Your Swami
